acceptable stay with some drawbacks

amazing view spacious room loose tap extra charge
the view from my balcony was amazing, i saw the sea. the room had comfortable beds and was spacious. it was near viewpoint 1 & 2, good for hiking. the staff helped me with my luggage when i arrived.
the tap was loose in the bathroom, it was annoying. there wasn't a shower curtain, so water went everywhere when i used the shower.

I noticed significant wear and tear in the room. The bed felt quite old and uncomfortable. the noise from people using the staircase near the rooms disrupted sleep often. I think that this hotel needs improvements in soundproofing and bed quality.

Very nice Views and Helpful Staff

steep hill helpful staff comfy bed
The hotel is up a steep hill. The climb was worth it because of the views. The staff helped me with my luggage from the ferry. The room had a comfy bed and a huge bathroom.
My room was high up. The many steps made it hard to go down often.
Dining
8/10
The patio offers lovely views. The food was tasty. Breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
Location
9/10
The hotel is near the viewpoint. This means I had a great view of the island from my room. The hotel is away from the busy beach area.
Service
10/10
The staff met me at the ferry. They carried my luggage. They were happy to move me to a lower room after my first night.
